本政策說明 PP Player（「我們」，包括 PP Player App 及 ppplayer.top 網站）如何收集、使用和保護你的資料。如有任何問題，請來信 [email protected]。
我們收集的資料
- 帳戶資料：註冊時提供的名稱、電子郵件和密碼。密碼只以雜湊（hash）形式儲存，我們無法看到你的密碼原文。
- 你的清單：你加入「收藏」和「稍後觀看」的影片。
- 登入紀錄：最近一次登入的時間和 IP 位址。登入失敗時，IP 位址會暫時記錄約 15 分鐘，用來阻擋暴力破解。
- 裝置與使用紀錄：登入後，App 會把裝置類型（例如 Android 或 iOS）、作業系統版本、裝置型號、App 版本，以及一個 App 自行產生的隨機安裝編號（不是硬體識別碼，解除安裝後即消失）傳給我們的伺服器。我們把這些資料連同 IP 位址、由 IP 推算的國家，以及首次和最近一次開啟 App 的時間與次數，與你的帳戶一起保存，用於帳戶安全、防止濫用和排除故障。
- 伺服器紀錄：和一般網站一樣，我們的伺服器及 Cloudflare 會記錄連線的 IP 位址、時間、瀏覽器或裝置類型及請求的網址，用於安全防護和排除故障。
- 觀看次數：每部影片的總觀看次數。這只是影片的計數，不會記錄是誰看了哪部影片。
- 使用統計：App 使用 Google Analytics for Firebase 了解 App 的使用情況，包括瀏覽的頁面、觀看的影片（僅影片編號）、收藏和稍後觀看的操作、使用時間，以及裝置型號、作業系統版本、App 版本、語言和大致所在地區（由 Google 根據 IP 位址推算到國家或城市）。這些資料與一個隨機產生的安裝識別碼相關聯，不會與你的帳戶、名稱或電子郵件連結；重新安裝 App 後識別碼會重設。我們不收集廣告識別碼。
App 會在你的裝置上儲存登入憑證（token）和語言設定，讓你不必每次重新登入。
我們不做的事
- App 不含廣告，不讀取廣告識別碼，也不會跨 App 或網站追蹤你。
- 我們不會出售你的個人資料，也不會把它分享給第三方作行銷用途。
- 我們不會讀取你的聯絡人、相片、精確位置或裝置上的其他資料。
資料的用途
用於提供服務：讓你登入、在你要求時寄送密碼重設驗證碼到你的電子郵件、保存你的收藏和稍後觀看清單、防止濫用，以及維持服務正常運作；使用統計只用於了解並改善 App（例如哪些功能和影片受歡迎）。
服務供應商
- Cloudflare：網路傳輸、快取和安全防護，所有連線都會經過 Cloudflare。
- 主機服務商：我們的伺服器位於歐洲（法國）的資料中心。
- Google（Firebase）：處理上述使用統計，詳見 Google 隱私權政策。
影片素材來自 Pexels，但播放時不會把你的資料傳給 Pexels。
保存期限與刪除
帳戶資料、清單和裝置紀錄會保存到你刪除帳戶為止。你可以隨時在 App 內「帳戶 → 刪除帳戶」永久刪除帳戶，帳戶、收藏和稍後觀看清單會立即刪除。也可以按照刪除帳戶說明以電子郵件申請。伺服器紀錄只會保存有限期間，然後自動刪除。使用統計不與帳戶連結，由 Google 依其保存設定在一段期間後自動刪除。
安全
App 與伺服器之間的所有連線都經過 HTTPS 加密，密碼只以雜湊形式儲存。
兒童
本服務並非為 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們不會在知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。如果你認為兒童向我們提供了資料，請聯絡我們，我們會將其刪除。

Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 24, 2026 (updated)
This policy explains how PP Player ("we", covering the PP Player app and the ppplayer.top website) collects, uses and protects your information. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account details: the name, email address and password you sign up with. Passwords are stored only as a hash; we cannot see your actual password.
- Your lists: the videos you add to Favorites and Watch later.
- Sign-in records: the time and IP address of your most recent sign-in. Failed sign-in attempts record the IP address for about 15 minutes to block password guessing.
- Device and activity records: when you are signed in, the app sends our server your device type (for example Android or iOS), OS version, device model, app version and a random installation number created by the app (not a hardware identifier; it is gone when you uninstall the app). We keep these with your account, together with your IP address, the country estimated from it, and when and how often you first and last opened the app, for account security, preventing abuse and troubleshooting.
- Server logs: like any website, our server and Cloudflare log the IP address, time, browser or device type and requested address of each connection, for security and troubleshooting.
- View counts: the total number of views per video. This is a count on the video only; we do not record who watched which video.
- Usage statistics: the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how it is used: screens viewed, videos watched (by video ID only), Favorites and Watch later actions, time spent, and your device model, OS version, app version, language and approximate location (country or city, estimated by Google from your IP address). This is tied to a random identifier for your installation and is not linked to your account, name or email; the identifier resets if you reinstall the app. We do not collect the advertising ID.
The app stores your sign-in token and language setting on your device so you stay signed in.
What we don't do
- The app contains no ads, does not access the advertising ID, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, precise location or other data on your device.
How we use it
To provide the service: signing you in, emailing you a password reset code when you ask for one, keeping your Favorites and Watch later lists, preventing abuse, and keeping the service running. Usage statistics are used only to understand and improve the app (for example, which features and videos are popular).
Service providers
- Cloudflare: network delivery, caching and security; all connections pass through Cloudflare.
- Hosting provider: our server is in a data center in Europe (France).
- Google (Firebase): processes the usage statistics described above; see Google's privacy policy.
Videos come from Pexels, but no information about you is sent to Pexels when you watch them.
Retention and deletion
Your account, lists and device records are kept until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time in the app under Account → Delete account; your account, Favorites and Watch later lists are deleted immediately. You can also ask by email — see how to delete your account. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Usage statistics are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically by Google after the retention period we set.
Security
All connections between the app and our server are encrypted with HTTPS, and passwords are stored only as a hash.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can see your account details on the app's Account tab, or email us to get a copy of, correct or delete your information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
