刪除 PP Player 帳戶

在 App 內刪除（立即生效）

  1. 打開 PP Player 並登入。
  2. 點選底部的「帳戶」。
  3. 點選「刪除帳戶」，輸入密碼後點「永久刪除我的帳戶」。

如果你無法使用 App，請用註冊帳戶的電子郵件寄信到 [email protected]，主旨寫「刪除帳戶」。我們確認信箱屬於該帳戶後，會在 30 天內刪除並回信通知。

會被刪除：你的帳戶（名稱、電子郵件、密碼）、收藏清單、稍後觀看清單，以及登入紀錄。刪除後無法復原。

不會保留：我們不會另外保留你的帳戶資料。伺服器的一般連線紀錄只保存有限期間，之後自動刪除。

Delete your PP Player account

In the app (immediate)

  1. Open PP Player and sign in.
  2. Tap the Account tab at the bottom.
  3. Tap "Delete account", enter your password and tap "Delete my account".

By email

If you can't use the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". Once we confirm the address belongs to the account, we delete it within 30 days and reply to let you know.

Deleted: your account (name, email, password), your Favorites and Watch later lists, and your sign-in records. This cannot be undone.

Not kept: we keep no separate copy of your account. Routine server connection logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
